Guided breaths, whenever you need them.
Pause. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Come back home to yourself.
Breathe Mama App Coming July 2026
Feel better in under 2 minutes.
-
Yelled at your kids? Snapped at your partner? Can’t make a decision?
We know that feeling - deep in our bones.
It’s not a character flaw. It’s your body signaling that it’s out of balance, running on survival mode in a life that asks so much of you. The good news? Your breath is the gentlest, most powerful way back home to yourself.
In as little as 90 seconds, a slow, intentional breath can begin to quiet the alarm inside. It signals safety. It softens the edges. It whispers to your nervous system: you’re safe to rest, right here, right now.
No fixing required. Just one breath at a time, and everything starts to shift.
-
No decisions here. No perfect technique to master. No right way or wrong way. No pressure to “get it right.”
Just open the app. Tap the time you have - even if it’s only 90 seconds. And breathe.
We’ve already held the space for you.
All you need to do is show up and let your breath do what it knows how to do: bring you back, softly, to center.
One breath at a time, returning home to the calm that’s always been yours.

Breathe Mama was born from mamas just like you.
Mamas who’ve felt the weight of juggling everything - the mental load, the endless needs, the quiet ache of wanting to be present but feeling stretched too thin.
We’ve been there: heart racing, patience fraying, wondering if we’ll ever feel like ourselves again. Breath became our lifeline. Not as another thing to add to the list, but as the simplest return to ourselves amid the beautiful chaos.
We created this for you - because we needed it too. Simple. Gentle. Ready when you are.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re right here, breathing with you.
Your breath is your super power.
Your breath is your super power.
Hey there, I’m Alli Koski, the founder of Breathe Mama. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a mama, a yogi, and a believer that we are here to enjoy life. If we aren’t enjoying it, something is off.
I’ve been teaching yoga and guiding breathwork for over 15 years, with a background in shamanic energy medicine, somatic movement, and a decade of continued studies since my yoga certification in 2011. However, my deepest relationship with the breath didn't come from a training. It came from an injury that left me immobile, with nothing to do but breathe.
Then I became a mom. Three daughters, all born between 2021 and 2025. Suddenly I was in the thick of it in a way no training could have prepared me for. The chaos, the overstimulation, the total loss of self. Breathwork found me again, and it became my saving grace.
I use it during meltdowns, while breastfeeding, when I’m triggered, anytime I feel myself dysregulated.
It has transformed the way I show up for my girls.
When a mama is regulated, she doesn’t need outside voices telling her how to parent. That wisdom is already in her. She needs support and a clear path back home to herself. That’s what Breathe Mama is here to be.
